So we had a portrait in watercolor assignment. Here's what I'm thinking: Excuse to do fanart! Here's David Tennant our tenth and current doctor. I like how it turned out. I just wish I could have figured out how to put in white lettering "Police Box" on the Tardis.

Edit: WTF!?? WHY did I have "9" in the keywords? My brain wasn't functioning when I originally uploaded this.

Hmn... I just LOVE Dr. Who - same can't be said about Rose, though, she was annoying. I wanted her to DIE, not get stuck somewhere, but oh well.
I love this... It just looks so professional and realistic!
I love the background, nice colours ^^.

Watercolour, soooo..... the lettering could've been done using masking fluid prior to painting....but it's a brilliant painting so don't worry about it.

Have you seen a book "Blacklight" by Andrew Skilleter? He was a licensed Dr.Who artist who did a series of portraits of the Doctor (I think up to number seven,) and this painting easily equals his and would sit comfortably alongside them. I love the blending in the background, and the skin tones. Very lively picture.
